Anil Chitale
Executive Director

Anil is a co-founder of STGMastek (formerly known as Systems Task Group International Ltd.) and one of the principal architects of Renaissance and Paradigm systems, Anil has more than 16 years of IT experience and maintains hands-on technical proficiency. In addition to overall management of STGMastek’s (formerly known as Systems Task Group International Ltd.) Insurance Division, he is responsible for R&D, as well as technology planning and standards — combining technical and domain expertise with sharp diagnostic skills to maximize the efficiency of all customer implementations. Since the first cut of Renaissance more than 12 years ago, Anil has kept the system in-step with technological innovations — from the open-systems-based and relational-database-driven (Oracle) Renaissance V 1.0 to our current Web-based offerings (Renaissance 3.0 and Paradigm ASP). He will now be a part of the board of STGMastek.

Michael Andrews
Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts

Michael Andrews brings a unique blend of experience to the STGMastek (formerly known as Systems Task Group International Ltd.) executive management team with a 20-year career spanning operations, consulting, and large-scale software delivery. Prior to joining STGMastek (formerly known as Systems Task Group International Ltd.), Michael worked for both small and large firms including Sapiens, KPMG Consulting, and Honeywell. In his new role, Michael will leverage his 6-sigma, total quality management (TQM), and insurance software delivery skills horizontally across the organization to ensure that STGMastek's installed base continues to benefit from it's world-class solutions. Michael is responsible for managing STGMastek’s large, strategic customers as well as planning, strategy and customer relationship management support to the enterprise.

Michael holds an MBA from Duke University and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Virginia Tech.

Nimish Sankalia
Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives

Prior to assuming his role at STGMastek (formerly known as Systems Task Group International Ltd), Nimish managed architecture and world-wide roll-out of enterprise systems for Merrill Lynch, McKinsey & Company, and NYMEX. A synergist by temperament, Nimish combines his technical expertise, insightful understanding of solution architecture and delivery processes, a keen sense for business, and a flair for people to build and nurture relationships and serve as an effective catalyst between opportunity and execution.

Nimish holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from V.J.T.I., Mumbai.

Pramod Desai
Vice President, Operations and Delivery

Pramod has been developing product-based applications for more than 14 years. At STGMastek (formerly known as Systems Task Group International Ltd), Pramod is responsible for integrated Onshore and Offshore Operations support, providing seamless delivery for ongoing projects and tracks in pipeline. He will be responsible for the providing leadership and direction to execution, delivery, & support /services structure of STGMastek. As part of this responsibility Pramod is required to manage and be involved in wide range of activities - from product enhancements to customer support, from infrastructure capabilities, documentation, knowledge-management, and distribution to quality assurance, from standards and process compliance to domain competency, from training and mentoring, to the integration of onshore-offshore capabilities and contingency support. Pramod is also responsible for oversight and planning of STGMastek’s offshore infrastructure.

Pramod holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering.

Ravi Swaminathan
Vice President, Account Management

Ravi has over 18 years experience in the management, development and implementation of small to large IT systems to customers globally. Ravi has in-deth knowledge of turnkey software development, product development and support, having worked with leading companies like Baan and Computer Associates. He has extensive experience in enterprise IT solution strategic planning and managing multi-site engagements. In his role as Vice President, Account Management he is responsible for managing company's customer facing operations. He will work towards delivering revenue growth across all customers, improving customer satisfaction and profitability.

Ravi holds a Bachelors Degree in Science from the University of Bombay and a Diploma in Systems Management from a leading Indian Institute.

Thad B. Hinnant
Vice President, Sales

Thad has 30 years of experience in delivering, implementing and selling business solutions to large and mid-tier insurance corporations including Chubb & Son, Prudential, and CNA. Thad spent most of his career at PMSC, now CSC, where he held the position of Assistant Vice President of Sales. He also spent time at both CGI and Sapiens International in senior sales positions. In his new role as Vice President of Sales, Thad is expected to leverage his knowledge and relationships within the insurance industry to assist in acquiring new customers while continuing to service STGMastek’s existing customer base.

Thad holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of South Carolina, Columbia, South Carolina.

Vivek Nayak
Director, Offshore Operations

Vivek has over 16 years of IT industry experience and has been one of the core members of the Renaissance product team in his initial years. He was also instrumental in setting up the offshore competency center in India that provides a competitive edge to STGMastek's product offering. Vivek has a strong delivery focus, excellent client handling skills and has managed to build high performance teams throughout his career. Vivek has rejoined STGMastek after a break of around 3 years during which he was with Rapidigm India (now Fujitsu Consulting India) and managed their E-Business practice. Vivek's overall responsibility today is in managing delivery from the offshore center and building best practices for product development and knowledge management. He works closely with the onshore management team to integrate the offshore component into the STGMastek delivery model.

Vivek has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
