Billy McCarter in his role at STGMastek (formerly known as Systems Task Group International Ltd.) will provide leadership to key functions of the enterprise including product development, customer engagements, finances, operations, sales and marketing among others. He was previously EVP and COO of ePolicy Solutions in Torrance, CA. until ePolicy was acquired by Insurity Inc in June of 2006. Prior to ePolicy, McCarter was SVP and Regional CIO of the Allianz Group in North America, and also served as the CIO for Fireman's Fund Insurance Company in Novato, CA. McCarter has also held key financial technology roles at Banc One and PNC Bank. McCarter holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Sullivan University, Louisville, KY. and has completed his MBA with a concentration in Information Systems in September. He also has attended executive training at The Wharton Business School; Darden Graduate School; and Columbia University.

McCarter has been recognized by the insurance industry as being among the Elite Eight CIOs in Property and Casualty Insurance and was past Chairman of LOMA's (Life Office Management Association) P&C Technology Committee.

Praful Nikam is an I.T. professional with over 24 years experience primarily in banking and Insurance. A seasoned entrepreneur, Praful is the principal founder of STGMastek (formerly known as Systems Task Group International Ltd.) and has been instrumental in guiding the enterprise to its present form. In his role as founder / entrepreneur, Praful has provided leadership to key functions of the enterprise including product development, customer engagements, finances, operations, sales and marketing among others. He now would remain involved in STGMastek as a strategic advisor, evangelizer of strategic initiatives. He will now be a part of the board of STGMastek.

Praful holds a Masters in Math from University of Bombay.
