News & Events OverviewYear 2007Q3 Amerisure Insurance, based in Farmington Hills, MI, is a commercial lines and Workers Comp carrier. They have signed a License Agreement to use STG’s Renaissance Billing and Accounts Receivable 3.0 solution to process their business using Direct and Agency Billing (both Statement and Account Current). Amerisure Mutual is also a servicing carrier for both the Michigan Workers' Compensation Placement Facility and the Michigan Automobile Insurance Placement Facility. Farmers Alliance Mutual Insurance Company (FAMI), a Kansas-based company, and STG have signed a License Agreement for the Renaissance 3.0 Billing and Accounts Receivable solution to support P&C lines of business in their operating states. STG’s Renaissance solution will replace their current mainframe-based solution. Started as a fire insurance company to share the mutual exposures of local farmers in the county, FAMI has grown into an organization that writes more than $130 million of premium across a nine-state region. Since more than 40% of the total business is written in the farm insurance area, including Farm package policies, FAMI will leverage the Direct, Account (Customer/Group), and Agency Billing capabilities in the solution. InterBoro Insurance Company (InterBoro) a personal lines carrier based in Minneola, New York has selected STG’s Renaissance 3.0 Policy, Billing and Claims solution to be hosted in an ASP mode, as their new core insurance processing system. They will also leverage STG’s Agent Portal (POS) and iPartners Data Warehousing solution. Q2 Bituminous Casualty Corporation, an Illinois based Insurance company, has chosen STG to build and implement its Renaissance Billing Solution to handle Bituminous’ corporate-wide Insurance Billing, Accounts Receivable and Financial Reporting requirements for their Commercial Lines of Business. The rich functionality that Renaissance Billing has to offer has been a key factor in their decision. Bituminous is a subsidiary of Chicago based Old Republic Group (NYSE: ORI). STG has successfully completed the deployment of its Renaissance Personal Auto ASP Service for Policy Administration and Billing and Account Receivable functions to serve Tokio Marine Management (“TMM”) New York Personal Auto needs. Through this agreement, STG’s Policy and Billing administration solution will replace the legacy system to support TMM’s Personal Auto line of business in New York, and gradually expand the solution to the other states and additional personal lines of business. RLI Insurance has gone live with Phase 1 of STG’s Renaissance Billing and Accounts Receivable Solution which currently supports approximately $700million book of business. Q1 Max Specialty Insurance Company, a Richmond based Excess and Surplus Carrier, signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with STG for it Renaissance 3.0 Billing and Accounts Receivable Solution. The system is scheduled to go live in the month of June, 2007. |
