Renaissance Policy

Renaissance Policy incorporates all of the requisite functionality you would expect from an advanced policy administration system — out-of-sequence endorsements, automatic cancellations, boundary conditions in billing, ad hoc reporting, data warehousing capabilities, and task-scheduling. Its power lies in the features you might not expect — the capability to store and build data at all levels of any transaction and a self-auditing mechanism that automatically runs diagnostic and consistency checks on every aspect of the policy process.

Renaissance Billing

The fully web-enabled functionality of Renaissance Billing can be integrated with Renaissance Policy, or interfaced with any existing application or legacy system. It enhances the efficiency, flexibility, and cost effectiveness of all back-office billing, accounts receivable, and service functions. It supports personal and commercial insurance lines through both direct and agency billing. And — if the insurer chooses to offer it — Renaissance Billing provides agents and policyholders a self-service capability via the Internet.

Renaissance Claims

Renaissance Claims also is fully web-enabled. Its user-friendly features include configurable, role-based access for security, user-defined edits for fraud detection, user-maintained validation rules, plus automated event-tracking and response-initiation. It has broad search capabilities that can use a combination of multiple criteria. Claims also has the capability to monitor and generate communication signals.
